How To: Manage Your Parkers

      Login to your One Parking online account at [https://oneparking.com](https://oneparking.com). For instructions on how to do so, see "How To: Accessing and Navigating your Online Parking Account" support documentation.
      On the main account screen, click the "Update" link found next to "Active Parkers".
      Under the 'Current Parkers' screen, you can "+ Add Parker", "Edit" parkers, export a list of your current parkers, or sort through your list of parkers.
      A critical function you may use is the "Edit" link found next to each parker's name. Click this to manage details about a specific parker on your account.
      You can update the name of the Parker. This is typically best utilized by larger companies that reissue access cards between employees.
      If you need to change an existing parker's type of space, rate, card number, or permit number, please contact the facility directly using the "Contact" button.
      This is also the screen where you would go to cancel parking for just one member one your account. To do so, select a date under "Last Day to Park".
      Manage existing vehicle information and/or add a vehicle to a specific parker's profile. Having vehicle information on file helps our team better manage the facility, especially if we need to quickly contact the owner of a vehicle.
      Edit or remove existing vehicle information using these icons.
