Go to to the member &gt; Subscriptions &gt; Statement of Accounts and Click the Overpayment

In Xero, at the bottom of the page, you will see Cash Refund

AmountPaidTextBox

Paid From would be the account where you would put in the refund which is usually the same GL code when adding an overpayment

Click the "Reference" field would the reason with membership number for reference &gt; Click "Add Refund"

Wait for the DotGolf/Xero Sync (usually every 20mins)

Cash Refund will show on the statement of Account
