If "No results are found" is shown instead of the Leave Transaction, this means that the Annual leave request is still pending.

Once the request is "Approved", you can then go to "Rejoin Request"\
Click "New"

Once the request is "Approved", you can then go to "Rejoin Request", click on New,

Select the approved Annual Leave Transaction.

By following this procedure, the system will deduct from your Annual Leave Balance only the number of days prior to the "Rejoin Date."
