How To: Remove Members/Parkers from your Account

      Login to your One Parking online account at [https://oneparking.com](https://oneparking.com). For instructions on how to do so, see "How To: Accessing and Navigating your Online Parking Account" support documentation.
      On the main account screen, click the "Update" link found next to "Active Parkers".
      To update the information for a specific member on your account, click the "Edit" link next to their name.
      To set a termination date for that parker, click the "Last Day to Park" field and select a date from the calendar.
      Once a date has been entered into the "Last Day to Park" field, click "Save".
      Once saved, the parker's access will be removed/deactivated at the end of the last day of parking. The access credentials assigned to this individual should be returned to the parking office/attendant booth at that time, unless your company manages the cards on hand (e.g. reissuing to future employees). If changes need to be made to the submitted cancellation date, please contact the facility directly.
