- Enter your credentials (username and password) in the respective fields.
- Click the **"Log In"** button to access your account.

- Once logged in, locate your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on your profile picture to reveal a dropdown menu.

From the dropdown menu, select **"My Profile."** This will take you to your personal profile page.

- On your profile page, look for the option labeled **"Request Time Off."** Click on it to begin the process.

- Click the **"New"** button to start a new time off request.

- In the new request form, locate the **"Time Off Type"** field and click on it.
- From the dropdown options, select **"Accrual Annual Leave."** This designates the type of leave you wish to request.

- From the dropdown options, select **"Accrual Annual Leave."** This designates the type of leave you wish to request.

Accrual Annual Leave (18.79 remaining out of 20.29 days)

- Click on the left date picker field to choose the start date for your leave.

- Select the date **October 24, 2024** as your start date.

- Click on the right date picker field to adjust the end date.

- Type **"10/30/2024"** (after backspacing to remove the initial date) and press **Enter**.

- Enter the reason you want the leave i've typed **"Annual leave for holiday"** as the reason for my leave.

- If prompted with a message stating:
  - **"You've already booked time off which overlaps with this period: from 10/24/2024 to 10/30/2024 - To Approve Attempting to double-book your time off..."**
- Review your existing bookings and adjust your request as necessary to avoid conflicts.

This will display a list of public holidays in the current Fiscal year. These holidays are not counted against your leave balance, allowing you to see which days you can take off without affecting your accrued leave.

- **Select the Desired Start Date**: Click on the calendar and choose the date you wish to begin your leave.
- **Time Off Request Modal will automatically open**: Once you select the date, a modal will appear for you to enter further details about your time off.

**Click the "Time Off Type" Field**: In the modal, locate and click on the "Time Off Type" field to specify the type of leave.

**Select "Accrual Annual Leave"**: From the dropdown menu, click on "Accrual Annual Leave" to indicate the category of your time off.

**Repeat the Previous Steps**: Follow the earlier outlined steps to complete your leave request, ensuring you fill in all necessary fields and save your submission.

Click "Attach File" if you have a supporting document for your leave request

Click the "Description" field and add the reason for your sick leave in addition to the uploaded file

Example Type "am currently sick and attached the medical certificate"

Click this text field to add the start date for your sick leave

Click this text field to add the end date for your sick leave based on the medical evidence

Click "Save & Close", now you are requesting a 2day leave. make sure the evidence support the number of days you have requested
