The audit log is where you can see a log of all user transactions. It will preload the last 7 days of data. You can search further back but please note we only hold the last 60 days of audit data within the PMS.

You can move through the pages by clicking the highlighted icons or you can select a page number.

You also have the option to show more results per page by selecting the down arrow to the left of items per page.

Select how many result you would like to view per page.

There is a drop-down list to filter by Area, for example  -  Rate Plans.

You can search by adding in a keyword in the search log such a booking reference number, house account number or rate plan name.

Here I have searched for the BB rate plan to see what changes have been made. On a line that says Rate Plan Detail Change in the Event column, click on the wording in the details column for further information.

Another example is searching a house account number. Click on the search button for results.

You can search a specific date or date range by selecting the Date From and Date To.

If you want to search October click on the Date From and select the 1st October. Then select the time from.

Repeat for Date and Time To. It will automatically refresh and show results for this date/time range.
