How To: Submit an Account Termination Request

      Login to your One Parking online account at [https://oneparking.com](https://oneparking.com). For instructions on how to do so, see "How To: Accessing and Navigating your Online Parking Account" support documentation.
      Important! There is a difference between "terminating your account" and "terminating an individual parker/member on your account". The "Stop Parking" button below, is only used for terminating your entire parking account and all of its members. To cancel parking for just one of your members, see instructions on " How To: Remove Members/Parkers from your Account".
      On the main account screen, click the "Stop Parking" button to initiate the account termination process.
      As mentioned above, the system will warn you that "This will cancel your Account and all the Parkers in it as of the date you select." If you are looking to terminate just one parker from your account, see the instructions below or on our step-by-step instruction guide "How To: Remove Members/Parkers from your Account".
      If you wish to proceed, add a desired Last Date of Parking into the "Termination Date" field.
      Please select a reason for your termination using the dropdown menu.
      Click "Stop All Parking Accounts"
      Click "Continue" to return to the main account screen.
      Access credentials (such as prox cards, permits, AVI tags, etc.) should be returned to the parking office or attendant booth on the last day for each member of your parking account. This is to ensure the proper closure of your Account. If you have questions about what is required here, see the contact steps below.
