How To Subtract Points?
You can subtract points if a customer's points exceeded the amount they were suppose to have.

Click "Check Out"

Search for the customer.

Click "Select" next to the customer's account.

Click "Manage Loyalty Points"

Use the hyphen symbol followed the amount of points you want to subtract. \ *Example; I want to remove 100 points. In the field type in: -100*

Click "Save Transactions"

Click "Checkout"
You will see the amount subtracted from their Loyalty Points total.

Click "Finished"
