How To Upload Placement Time Entries

Click "Settings"

Click "Time Entries"

Click "Download Template"

Populate the CSV template with your data. You can insert multiple rows at a time.
Ensure you enter the pay, charge and margin in the placement currency as we will automatically convert from the placement currency for reporting
You can get the Placement ID by going to the placement record, scrolling all the way down and copying the "External System ID" value

Once done, save your CSV. Return to Imagine and click "Upload CSV"

Upload your CSV. You can also drag and drop the file

Once uploaded, you will see a new row in the settings page. Your file has been uploaded successfully

To verify, navigate to a placement for which you upload a time entry, navigate to the Time Entries tab and you will see a new row
If you make a mistake in the uploaded file, you can delete from the Settings > Time Entries page. This will delete ALL rows uploaded in that file.\ \ You can delete a single row from the specific Placement record.
