Log in with your NSID director credentials.

In your "DASHBOARD" view you will see your tournaments and leagues.

For the selected tourney/league, click on MANAGE and select "View".

Go to "PLAYERS" and select "Player In Process".

These are players who have registered and are now in the process to get verified for their respective team.

Go to "PLAYERS" and click  "Player In Process".

In the "Search Player" field enter the player's exact name to search for a specific player.

You can also filter by age, grade, waivers, etc.

Click on the orange highlighted "What is Needed?" section to learn more about what the player is missing to complete verification.

Click on "What is Needed?" to learn more about the pending requirements.

If a player is ineligible, a red banner will appear under the player's name.

Click on it to learn more about why.

To view a player's sports ID, click on the eye icon and a pop up will appear.

If a sports ID is blue, this indicates there is a pending league requirement. 

You can click on the blue icon to learn specific details of the pending requirements.

You can send instant individual reminders to players with a customer auto-generated email reminding the parent what their child needs to complete by clicking the message icon.

The email was successfully sent to the player, outlining the required information needed.

The arrow button allows you to move players to different teams or divisions.

You can also send broadcast messages to all player at once by clicking "Send All reminders". These messages will be individually customized for the missing details for each player.
