    Access the Admin Portal by logging in.
    Click on "Tenant Management" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation
    Click on "Tenant" under "Tenant Management" dropdown on the left navigation
    Search for the tenant by entering their details in the "Search" field on the "Tenant/List" page.
    Navigate to the "Tenant Details" page by clicking on the tenant's name.
    After accessing the "Tenant Details" page, proceed by clicking on the "Form" dropdown
    Select the "RTB30-Ten days notice to end tenancy" option by clicking on it.
    It will direct you to "Forms / LTB30 / 10 Day Notice to End Tenancy For Unpaid Rent or Utilities" page
    Ensure that you tick the checkbox indicating, "By selecting this box I confirm the validity of the form and content within"
    You have the option to place the landlord/agent's signature in the "Landlord/Agent Signature:" field.
    Alert- The system will usually automatically populate the information in the form within the square-shaped sections, as depicted.
    Make sure to check mark the fields under "Complete the details below at the time of service (not required on landlord's copy; failure to complete does not invalidate notice).\ Served by:" when it applies
    Check mark the fields under 'I am ending your tenancy because" when it applies
    You can choose to download the form in PDF format by clicking on the "Download PDF" option.
    You can click on "Send Email" to transmit the Ten Days Notice to End Tenancy.
    You also have the ability to edit or update various options under the corresponding fields. Click on "Send Email to Tenant" to confirm
