How do I Activate an inactive property on the property portal?

Please navigate to the "Property Management" section found under the "Administration" dropdown in the left-hand navigation

Please select "Properties" from the "Property Management" dropdown menu.

Click on the "Other Action" dropdown on the right side of the screen

Click on "VIEW INACTIVE PROPERTIES" under the "Other Action" dropdown

The list of inactive properties can be found under the section titled "List of inactive properties."

You have two options to activate an inactive property. The first method is to directly select the property from the list and click on the "Power" symbol icon.

Click on "Yes, Submit" to complete

The other way is to click on the "View Details" icon of the inactive property

Once in the "Property Details" page ,click on the "Activate" option

Click on "Yes, Submit" to finish up
