Navigate to [https://portal.geoh.app](https://portal.geoh.app/scheduling)

Some states require you to have the staff's Social Security Number on their profile (such as Ohio). Please enter it in the SSN field.

If required, please enter the staff's Social Security Number

Click the dropdown arrow to select a role

Click on employee or your chosen role for this staff

Type in the staff's address in the employee addresses field.  It will auto-fill the address as you type it in.  Select the correct address when it fills.

Create a temporary password for the employee such as "welcome1"

Select force password reset for the employee to reset their password when they log in for the first time

Select between email or text credentials for the employee to receive their login information
