Click a "Single Visit" or "Visit Series" depending on preference.

Select a Client from the "Clients" field and their client info will populate.

Select an Employee using one of the following search options.

Pick a start or end time calculation option from this section.

Enter the number of hours you would like the visit to take place.

Confirm the correct "Timezone" for the visit.

Select the tasks needed for this visit using the "Client Care Plan" OR "Visit Type Tasks."

Review all visit data to confirm it's correct.
