Find user details; contact information, vouchers, charge records and more

Click "App users".

Click the "Search User..." field and type in the information you know such as name of the user.

Click the user.

You will be taken to a dashboard of identification and contact information on the user.

Furthermore you can see "Locations" showing if the user has a home charger. "Charge Cards" shows the physical or virtual charge cards connected to the user.

"Credit Cards" shows credit cards connected to the app by the user. Below you will see "Vouchers" connected to the user.

Find charging sessions made by the user under "Charge Records".
