How do I reactivate my subscription on atDove?

From the logged in home page, select "My Subscription" from the admin drop-down menu.

Review the credit card information on file. If it needs to be updated, you'll need to do this before moving forward with reactivation.

If you're adding a new card on file, be sure to set it as the default payment method.

Review the contact information on file, especially the email address. This is where receipts and renewal notifications will be delivered. If you need to make changes to the information on file, please do so prior to reactivation.

Once all billing information has been updated, click "Renew plan".

You will receive a confirmation on when your next payment will go through. To finalize renewal, click "Renew plan" again. **If you do not complete this step, the subscription will not reactivate. You must complete this step to finalize reactivation.**
