Navigate to [https://app.oncoreflex.com](https://app.oncoreflex.com/)

Ensure that you are on the "Timesheet entry" menu on the left hand side. When on the "Timesheet entry" page, you will see all timesheets that are available for your submission. To add information to the relevant timesheet, click the "+" icon to the right hand side of "Add new"

Click in the "Date" box to select the date of work. 

Please make sure that you are correctly entering your time against the dates worked for the week. You will see that you need to add a new line item on the timesheet against every date that you worked

Select the date of work from the calendar

Click in the "Rate" field to select the appropriate rate that applies. You might have a single standard rate, or you might have multiple rates to select from. Please ensure you are selecting the correct rate

Click to select the correct rate from the drop down list provided

Click the "Billable units \*" field and enter the amount of days (if you are on a day rate) or hours (if you are on an hourly rate) that you have worked against that date

If there is a "Job description" required, you can enter it in this field. This field is not mandatory, but might be utilised if you have multiple project codes to enter against your time

To add more dates of work, click the "+" icon next to "Add new" 

You will see date, rate and billable units information has now populated in the line below your original entry

Click in the "Rate" field to select the appropriate rate that applies

All available options for your contract rates will appear in this menu. Select the correct rate for the time worked

Continue with the above process until you have added the dates, rates and units against every day worked for the timesheet period

If you need to add notes against your timesheet (perhaps you want to give your approver detailed information about the work completed, break times, meetings etc) click on the "speech bubble" icon.

If you have made an error with a timesheet line, you can delete it by clicking the "bin" icon

A "Notes" field will populate for you to add information into

Once you have completed your timesheet, click "SUBMIT"

Your timesheet has now been submitted. Your approver (or approvers) will receive a notification to advise them to review and approve your timesheet

How do I submit my timesheet? [Date/Billables]
