Navigate to [https://portal.geoh.app](https://portal.geoh.app/visits/feed?range=last_7_days)

Adjust the date range to the required settings (For example "Billing Period" or "Custom" to select a date range)

Click the icon box of the visits that need updating.

Click the drop down arrow of the "New Visit Status" field.

Visit has been completed and is marked as ready to bill.

Type in the number of visits you selected in the "Type total visits to update" field.
