Navigate to [https://companyon.app/appointments](https://companyon.app/appointments)

In your calendar window, click on the "Reminders" link at the top/right of your calendar.

On the reminder window, select the way you want the reminder to be sent, either via email or text message.

In the"# Hours before visit" field, add the number of hours you want the reminder to be sent before the appointment. 

Select the services you want reminders to be sent about.

And the clients you want the reminder to be sent to. Additionally, enable/disable the ability for the clients to confirm or cancel an appointment. Note that reminders that are sent within 24 hrs of an appointment, may not cancel the appointment online. The client will need to contact the practitioner via phone to do so.

You can add a custom message as part of the generic message the platform sends on your behalf.

You can even add any of the form templates you have created to send as part of your reminders for your client to complete and send back your way.
