How to Access Tenant Portal and Log In

This guide walks you through accessing RAAMP’s Tenant Portal, signing in, and completing two-factor authentication with either text messages or an authenticator app. It explains the Company Access ID step, password reset option, and how to enter the 6‑digit codes for secure access. It also highlights the security implications and best practices for using “Remember This Browser” on trusted devices only.

Navigating to Tenant Portal Sign In

Navigate to <https://raamp.com/> > Select **Log In.**

Select the **Company Access ID** field > Enter **tenantportal** > Select **Continue**.

Signing In

Enter your **username** > Enter your **password** > Select **Sign In**.

If you need to reset your password, select **Forgot Password**. For detailed steps for resetting your password, see [How to Reset Tenant Portal Account Password](https://support.raamp.com/wiki/210).

You may be prompted to complete **Two Factor Authentication**.

Text Message Authentication

Select **Text Message** > Select **Submit**.

You'll receive a text message from RAAMP with a **6 digit code** > Select the **6 digit code** field > Enter the **code.**

🔐 **What does “Remember This Browser” mean?** When this option is selected during sign-in: - ✅ Your browser may **store a secure session or login token**, allowing quicker access in the future ⚠️ **Important Security Notes:** - Only select this option on a **private or personal device** - Do **NOT** use this feature on: - Public computers (libraries, shared workstations) - Shared devices (multiple users) - Anyone with access to the device may be able to **access your account without logging in again** 💡 **Best Practice:** - Use “Remember Me” for **convenience on trusted devices only** - Leave it unchecked if you are unsure or using a shared environment

Select **Submit**.

Authenticator Authentication

Select **Authenticator** > Select **Submit**.

Open the **Google Authenticator app** > Select the **6 digit code** field > Enter the **6 digit code.**
