Click "Scheduler" or what role you would like to edit. 

Click view to allow them to view something. 

Unclick the view icon to "disallow" (or not let them see something.)

Click the view all icon if you want them to change from viewing all. 

Click "View Mine" to only allow them to see "theirs"

Click this icon to allow them to see charting, or unallow them to see it.  

The icon will look like this if you "disallow" them to see something. 

Click this icon to let them upload visit documents.

Click this icon again to disallow the uploading of documents. 

Click "Auditor" to allow an auditor access to your agency in case of an audit. 

Click the same buttons as above to allow or disallow them access to your agency.
