Click "Forms Central (SoftDocs)"

Click "Experiential Learning Dashboard - Bermuda"

Click "Submitted"

Click "Export" this will download all the data for the students that have filled out the Health Information form

Click "View Passport"

Click "Passport - This will display the students passport
