From the dashboard, select the "Locations" tab from the sidebar. 

To start a new Location, click "Add Location."
To edit a Location, click "Edit" next to the Location you wish to edit. 

Click into the "Name" field. Set the name of the location in this tab. This is an internal name and will not be reflected in the contractor app. 

Click into the "Display Name" field and enter the display name. This can be the same as the "Name" field. 

Note: This is the name that will be shown to customers in the contractor app.

Click into the "Description" field.

A description can be entered here, to provide additional information about the location. This field is option. It can be left blank, or can be given the same input as the previous two fields. 

Click in to the "Email" field. Enter the primary contact email for this location. This will be displayed publicly for contractors and customers to see.

Click in to the "Phone" field. Enter the primary phone number that his location can be reached by.

Note: remove all punctuation, phone numbers should be numbers only, and include the country code. 

Click in to the "Supplier" field. Select your company to set it as the parent supplier that this location belongs to. 

Click in to the "Region" field. Begin typing your city/region. If it appears in the drop down menu, select it.

Note: If your city/region does not auto-fill in the drop down menu, it can be added by clicking the green "+" button next to the field. 

Click the "Delivery Radius" field. Set your delivery radius.

Note: Delivery radius is defaulted to KM as a measurement. For suppliers using miles, convert miles to KM.

Click the "Address" field. Enter the address of this location. Prioritize utilizing Google Maps formatting. 

If your address auto-populates from the drop down menu, select it.

To set your hours, head to the "OPEN HOURS" section.

Click the "Open Time" field.

Select the time that corresponds to what time this location opens. 

Note: 24 hour clock configuration.

Click the "Close Time" field.

Select the time that corresponds to what time this location closes. 

Note: 24 hour clock configuration.

Click "OK" to set the hours for this day of the week. 

Repeat these steps for the remaining days of the week this location is open. Leave hours blank for days that this location is closed. 

Click "Next" to save/finalize the company/location details.
