How to Add A New Asset?

Click on "Property Management" dropdown on the left navigation

Click on "Assets" under the "Property Management" dropdown

Once in the "Property/Assets" section ,click on "New Asset" on the far right side of the screen

Put the name of the asset under the "Name of the asset" field.

Choose the property by selecting from the dropdown under "Property \*" field

Put the type of the asset under "Asset Type" field.

Fill the rest of the fields along the similar lines with the Arrow signs with necessary details

Put the License number under "License Number" field & the Model Number under the "Model Number" field

Finish up by filling the rest of the fields assigned under the "Loop" sign

Repeat the process similarly by filling the fields assigned under the "Loop" sign\ as you can from the picture

You can check the availability by selecting from the dropdown under "Status" field & the situation by selecting from the dropdown under "Condition"

Click under "Description" to add details regarding the asset

Click under "Asset Pictures" to add picture regarding the asset & under "Asset Documents" to attach any sort of documents regarding the asset

Click on "Submit" to complete the process
