Click "OPEN" On The Article You Wish To Add.

Select The Title, In This Case; "WordPress Team Test Article", And Copy It.

In a new tab, navigate to https://ysjournal.com/

Paste The Title From The Notion Page, Into The WordPress Post

Click here, Select The Author First Name & Copy It.

Switch back to tab "Add a New Post ‹ Young Scientists Journal — WordPress"

Click "Guest" In The right Hand Bar Under "Author"

Paste Their First Name (And Add A Space After It)

Click here, Select The Author Second Name & Copy It.

Paste Their Second Name After Their First In The "Author Name" Section.

Paste the Copied Author Biography Into The "Author Description" Box In The Right Hand Bar.

Click the author photo image (If It Exists).

Right-click this image & Select "Save Image As..." Or Similar. Download it To Your Computer.

Click The Pencil Icon Over The "Author Image" Icon.

Now Navigate To The Author Image You Downloaded In Step 22 And Select It.

Click "Select" - Please Note This Button May Be Greyed Out For A Minute Or Two, Just Wait For It To Become Blue And Then Click It.

Click this text field. And Copy The Date Shown.

Click the "Date Submitted" field (Located In The Right Hand Bar, Below The Section From Before). And Paste In The Date You Copied.

Click this dropdown. And Type Your Name, Then In The Dropdown Select Your Name. {This Adds You As The Assigned WordPress Admin.}

Find And Copy The "Notes For Editor" Section

Click the "Private" field & "Ok" On The Next Pop-Up

Click "Add an editorial comment" At The Bottom (Please Note This May Not Appear, If It Doesn't Then Reload The Page)

Type "Notes For Editors: [[enter]]  [[enter]]"

Now Paste the Copied "Notes For Editor" From Before

Now go Back To Notion, And Tick The Box Marked "Added To AMS" Next To Your Article.

You Have Now Successfully Created An Article With All Of The Relevant Data In It.
