    Log into the Admin Portal
    Go to "Property Management" dropdown on the left navigation
    Click on "Properties"
    Click on the "Other Action" dropdown on the right side of the screen
    Click on "PORTFOLIO/GROUPING"
    Click on the "Edit" icon of the chosen portfolio that you want to add the bank information to
    Fill the fields under "Institution Number"
    Complete the field under "Branch Number" field.
    Put account number under "Account Number" field.
    Click on "Update" to finish up
    Once it is set up, you will see a message similar to this on the screen
