How to Add Holdover

This guide shows how to record a lease’s holdover clause into RAAMP so month-to-month tenancy and the correct holdover percentage are applied. It explains where to find the clause, how to find the tenant record, enable Month to Month Expiry, enter the lease’s holdover percentage, and save. Follow it to ensure accurate rent handling after expiry.

Locating Holdover in Lease

Locate the Holdover in the lease.

TIP: Remitter = Tenant

On the Home page, locate the Tenant. **NOTE:** You can locate the tenant quickly by searching for it.

Select the Tenant's **hyperlink.**

Select the **Basic Terms tab** > Select **General.**

Select **Month to Month Expiry** to toggle on.

Select the **Holdover Percentage field** > Enter the **percentage from the lease.**

Select **Save.**
