How to Add Multiple Parking spots for already Lease Created Tenants?

Go to "Tenant Management" dropdown on the Left Navigation

Click on "Tenant"

Choose the tenant that you want to add parking info

Click on "ADD" sign beside the "CAR" icon on the left middle side of the screen

Click on the "Parking #" field to put the unit number

Click on the "Parking Amount" field to Enter the "Parking Amount"

Click "Parking cost is included in rent" only when the parking amount is already included in the rent.Note- Adding the parking amount will not update the total rent amount automatically.You may need to adjust the rent amount from "Rent History" section (if required)

Tick the box beside "Separate line item for 'Parking' in rental invoices" when you want a separate line item for parking in the Rental Invoice amount.Remember the Rental invoice amount will have ammount with base rent amount

Tick box the "Generate separate 'Parking' invoice (applicable when auto generate invoice is enabled)" if you want to generate the Parking Invoice separately. Note- Auto Generate Invoice must be enabled

Click on "Submit"
