Navigate to [https://app.thenextinvoice.com/dashboard](https://app.thenextinvoice.com/dashboard)

Click the gear icon, in the top right corner.

Click on the + icon, in order to add a new profile.

A new pop-up will appear with this empty field. Enter the name of the profile here.

Click "SAVE" to save the name of this new profile.

First step is to add the company details, to which the invoices will be sent to. This will include the company name,

When you have added all necessary details, click on “Next”

Second step is to add the logo which will be displayed on the sent invoice. You can click on the marked filed, to add the picture logo or simply drag and drop the image into this field.

On the third step, you can set up the invoice settings, such as language in which the invoice will be sent.

payment term (maximum number of days in which the invoice is due)

Default extra text that will be seen at the top or bottom of the sent email

And the logo position, displayed on the sent invoice.

On the fourth step, you are required to set up the default sending email address (email address from which the invoice will be sent to). You can also set up default CC, default email text (message displayed in the body of the email) etc.

Only 1 invoice profile can be activated at the time. In order to activate it, click on the slider present next to each one.

At the same time, any invoicing profile can be additionally edited or deleted by clicking on the 3 horizontal dots, next to the slider
