Navigate into your existing donation item under Items &gt; Manage Items. 

Click "Projected Display Settings" within the item.

Add in any offline donations underneath the Donation Buffer field. Please note that this field acts as a running total. You will need to manually enter the sum of all offline donations collected.

You are also able to create a bidder profile for the offline donation to give recognition to a specific bidder. Once the file has been made on the Bidders &gt; Manage Bidders page, add the donation to the bidder profile through the butler.
