How to Add Payment Methods

This guide shows how to quickly create, edit, delete, and verify payment methods in the system so you can accept and manage payment options accurately. It explains where to find Payment Methods in Accounting or Banking, how to add them directly from dropdowns while making payments, and how to confirm they’re saved. Follow it to avoid setup errors and ensure new methods are available when needed.

How to Navigate to Payment Methods

From the navigation menu, select **Accounting** > Select **Settings** > Select **Payment Methods.**

From the **Accounting Module**, select the **Settings** tab > Select **Payment Methods.**

How to Add and Edit Payment Methods

To add a new payment method, select **New Payment Method**.

Complete the **payment information** > Select **Save** > You'll receive a message that the payment was updated successfully.

To edit a payment method, locate the payment method you wish to modify > Select the **edit icon**.

Edit the **information** as needed > Select **Save** > You'll receive a message that the payment method was saved successfully.

To delete the payment method, select **Delete** > Select **Delete** to confirm > You'll receive a **Payment Deleted Successfully** message.

How to Add Payment Methods on the Fly

You can add new payment methods from any dropdown of payment methods. You can add additional payment methods as required.

For example, you can navigate to **Banking** > Select **Make Payment**.

Select **Add New Payment**.

Select a **property/company** from the dropdown menu.

Select the **Method** field > Enter a **payment method name** > Select **Add xxx.**

Complete the **payment method information**.

Select **Save** > You'll receive a message that the payment was updated successfully.

To confirm the payment method was added, select **Settings** > Select **Payment Methods**.

Confirm the payment method is listed.
