Go to: [Leganto Reading Lists ](https://regent.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/leganto/public/01REGENT_INST/lists?auth=SAML)

Select the list you would like to work on. In this example, the list is called "Technical Services - Resources & Readings"

Find the PDF you are looking for and click on View PDF.

Make your annotations public or private by using the toggle to the right of your screen:

If the toggle is marked to private, the 'Class discussion' tab is unavailable (greyed out): 

If you set up the toggle to public, you can access the 'Class discussion' tab: 

Select the word(s) you would like to make a note of: 

Once you've selected the words, a dialog bubble will show up. Click on it: 

You can edit, delete or change the public status of a comment by clicking on the three dots (...)

In the example below, the status of the comment will be changed (from 'public' to 'private')"

To confirm that the comment is only visible to you, click "My notes"

And you will find that comment in your private notes.
