How to Add Tax for Parking & Storage while Creating Manual Rental Invoice for Commercial Tenants?

Go to the "Tenant Management" dropdown under Administration

Click on "Tenant"

Click on the "Search" field once in the "Tenant" section to search for the tenant

Then click on the tenants name under "Name" section

Click on "Invoice" dropdown on the right side of the screen

Click "New Rental Invoice/Payment"

Choose the fields properly under "Tenant" & fill them with the relevant info the way it is filled in this snippet

Choose the fields properly under "Rent Due Date/Invoice Date" with the relevant info the way it is filled in this snippet as well

N.B- For Commercial Tenant, if you are charging tax for the rent and parking is included in the rent, tax will be applied to parking. Choose the fields properly under "Invoice Title & Amount" with the relevant info the way it is filled in this snippet as well

Tick the box beside "Tax on Parking" to add tax for Parking. N.B- If you add tax for Parking the "Tax1" & "Invoice Amount" will increase for Commercial Tenants.

Tick the box beside "Tax on Storage" to add tax for Storage. N.B- If you add tax for Storage the "Tax1" & "Invoice Amount" will increase for Commercial Tenants.

Upload related documents by clicking on the "Upload related documents...i.e. Cheque) Button

Click on "Submit" to finish up
