    Navigate to https://\[youragency\].georgia.gov/
    Click "Add"
    Click "Content"
    Click "Bio"
    Enter the name of the staff member in the **First** and **Last** fields.
    You can also override the display name if needed.
    Upload a **portrait** of the staff member, if available. You can select one media item from the library or upload a new one.
    Enter the **job title** of the staff member.
    Select the **bio type** from the drop-down menu.
    Enter an **intro text** for the staff member, which is one sentence to kick off the bio. This will be used as a summary for listings or cards, and shown with a larger font size on the detail page.
    Enter the **biography** of the staff member, which is the biographical text of the individual. This should begin with the text that follows after the intro sentence above.
    Create or link to an existing **contact information** to display email, phone number, social media links, etc. with this bio.
    Check the box to **include latest news posts** if you want to add a block at the bottom of the page that links to the most recent news or press content associated with this person.
    Associate this content with any relevant **program or services**, **division / section**, or **categories** by selecting them from the references field.
    Configure the **menu settings**, **metatags**, **book outline**, **XML sitemap**, **URL alias**, **authoring information**, and **promotion options** as needed.
    Save the bio as a draft or publish it. You can also schedule a status change for a later date.
