Click "View all" or Click "Manage Items" to get to the Lead items Page.

If there are no existing floors. Click "Manage Floors" and follow the steps outlined in <https://bmis.nz/support/asbestos/floor-management/>

Add Item

Select the survey that this item relates to. To add new surveys, follow <https://bmis.nz/support/lead/lead-surveys/>

survey_doc_id

Click the "Add Item Image" field to include a photo of the item

Click on the floor plan to open the floor plan editor

Draw the location of the item on the floor plan, either as a line or polygon.
