How to Add a Property Manager Contact

This guide shows how to add or assign a property manager contact quickly and safely within the Properties screen, including both using existing contacts and creating new ones. How to Navigate to Property Contacts

From the navigation menu, select **Properties**.

Locate the **Property**.\ \ **NOTE:** You can locate the Property quickly by searching for it.

Select the property's **three-dot menu** > select **Contacts.**

How to Add a Property Manager Contact

Select *either* **New Property Contact** *or* **Property Manager Contact Not Defined.**

Select the **Type of Contact** dropdown menu > Select **Property Manager.**

**To add an existing contact**, select from the dropdown menu.

**To add a new contact**, enter the contact's name. \ \ *There will be a message to allow you to add the contact.*

Once the contact is added, you can edit their information by selecting **Edit**.

ALERT: Making changes to a contact will affect it's underlying data - wherever the contact is used it will be changed.

Edit the necessary **information** > select **Save.**

Select **Save.**

The property manager's contact will be available in the tenant portal, so tenants know whom to contact.
