Log into the Admit Portal
Go to **Tenant Management dropdown**

Click on "**Tenant**"

Click on **"Add New Tenant"**

If it's not an **existing Tenant** already, choose the third option "**Residential Tenant with System Generated Lease"**

Select "**Property**" by clicking on the **dropdown**

Select "**Unit**" by clicking on the dropdown

Select "**Landlord/Owner**" by clicking on the dropdown

Select the "**Prospect**" by clicking on the dropdown

Click on "**Start Lease Process**"

**Note: For this portal to function properly, a new tenant creation needs to go through the lease creation process. Our step-by-step lease creation process ensures the necessary data needed for the accounting and reporting module. At the end of the process, you would be able to upload any existing lease for this tenant (optional).**
