Navigate to a text input area such as a forum activity. If posting in a forum, click **"Add discussion topic"**.

Click the **"Subject"** field and add the name of your post.

In the **"Message"** field click the video icon in the text editor.

Click the **"Video"** tab in the "Insert media" popup.

Click the **"Choose File"** button and select the video file from your device.

You can adjust display options and other settings as required.

Click **"Insert media"** to attach your video in the text editor.

Ensure you click **"Post to forum"** to save your video as an entry in the forum.

You should now see your video in the forum.
