How to Add and Edit Assets in RAAMP

This guide shows, step-by-step, how to add and edit assets in RAAMP so you can correctly set asset type, required details, and special flags (Has Lease, Use as Accounting Entity, Use for Revenue Operations) that reveal additional tabs. Follow it to ensure assets are saved with the right settings and access the specific edit tabs via the asset’s menu when updates are needed.

How to Navigate to Assets

From the navigation menu, select **Assets**.

How to Add a New Asset

Select **Add New Asset**.

Select the **Asset Name** field > Enter the **Asset Name**.

Select the **Type** dropdown menu > Select the **asset type**.

Enter the **required information** for the selected asset.

Select the **appropriate checkboxes** > Complete the **required information** for each checkbox. **NOTE:** The **Has Lease**, **Use as Accounting Entity**, and **Use for Revenue Operations** checkboxes must be selected for the corresponding tabs to appear.

Select **Save**.

How to Edit an Asset

Locate the **asset** you need to edit > Select the asset's **three-dot menu** > Select the **tab** you need to edit.
