Open your process and click the "Comments" button.

Click the in the "New comment" text field and type to add a comment.

Tip! You can click the "Open Full Text Editor" button to access more text formatting options for your comment.

Choose your type of comment (more on how to edit and add Comment Types later in the article).

You can assign a comment to a user by typing their name, email or searching from the drop down list.

Click "Add a new Comment" once you are happy to add the comment to the process.

You can drag and drop your comment as a callout onto a process. This will display the comment as a speechbox on the process.

If you would like to edit your comment, you can do that by clicking the "Edit comment" button.

You can mark a comment as completed. This will "close" the comment. This is useful if you have left a comment containing feedback, with action needing to be taken.
