How to Add and Edit Lease Data for Assets

This guide shows step-by-step where to find an asset and how to add or update its lease details (including escalations and options) within the system. It highlights which menus and tabs to use, which fields to toggle (Has Lease/Has Escalations/Has Options), and when to save changes. Use it to ensure lease data is entered consistently and edits are saved correctly.

How to Navigate to Assets

From the navigation menu, select **Assets**.

How to Navigate to Lease Data

Locate the asset that needs **Lease Data** added > Select the asset's **three-dot** menu > Select **Asset Data**.

Confirm **Has Lease** is selected > Select the **Lease Data** tab.

Enter the **required lease information** > Select **Save**.

To add **Escalations**, select **Lease Data** > Select **Escalations**.

Select **Has Escalations** > Enter the **required information** > Select **Save**.

To add **Options**, select **Lease Data** > Select **Options**.

Select **Has Options** > Enter the **required information** > Select **Save**.

How to Edit Lease Data

Select the **Lease Data** tab > Edit the **information as needed** > Select **Save.**
