Below are three different ways a credit card can be added to a bidder's account.

You can make adding a credit card a requirement to bid/register under Software Settings &gt; Auction Settings &gt; Bidder Settings.

A volunteer can add a card through the butler during check-in. Search for a bidder in the Bidder Lookup area, and click on the edit icon.
Use the "Add a New Card" button to enter the credit card details.

**How to remove a credit card**

- The only way to remove a credit card is through the admin under Bidders &gt; Manage bidders. You will see a tag that reads "Has cc" with an X next to it. By clicking on the X the card will be removed from the bidder's account. Keep in mind our merchant does not save the credit card information. Once it is removed in the admin, it is removed from our merchant.
