If you don't have a phone number and need to purchase a number, click on the option "Need a Phone No. to track and record calls on this source." 

If you already have a number, then click on the option "Already Have a Phone No. that is being forwarded." Add the number you have in the box.

Click the "Already Have a Phone No. that is being forwarded" field.

Click the "​Forwarding Phone" field to enter the forwarding phone number to which you need to forward that number, if any.

Click on "Do Not Replace" if you don't wish to replace any numbers.

Replace all phone numbers (identified with 'tel:' prefix in the HTML on page)

Click on "Replace all phone numbers (identified with 'tel:' prefix in the HTML on page)," if you wish to replace all phone numbers.
