Navigate to [https://clients.napolitanoaccounting.com/client](https://clients.napolitanoaccounting.com/client)

Click the question notification at the top of your dashboard OR click "Transactions Qs" or "Non-Transaction Qs". There will be a bubble with the number of outstanding questions for each category.

Click "Add Comment" next to the question you want to answer.

You can automatically start answering the next question OR click "Cancel" to close the pop-up.

Delete, add to, or change your answer in the text box and click Save.
