How to Assign Line Items

Learn how to find unassigned line items your team is managing to then assign a team member to them to begin working within that line item.

Navigate to <https://ui.marketing/campaign-hub/orders/line-items>

The default view displays all line items you are correlated to including ones managed by our team. It may be helpful to add the column of **Product Manager** to see which line items are managed by us vs your organization. Click **Customize.**

Enable **Product Manager** column in the Customize fields menu.

Now you will see the Product Manager column in your table. For any campaigns managed by us, the product manager will be "AdCellerant". For any campaigns managed by your team, it will say your organization's name.

Create a Saved View

Now that we can see who is managing which line items. Let's create an unassigned line item saved view for you to navigate back to. Click **Add Filters**.

Within the "Filter by..." field, click **Product Manager**.

In the "Select manager" field, select your organization's name.

Click "ADD FILTER"

Now let's filter to just show unassigned line items. Click on "Filter by..." and select **Assignees**.

In the "Select Assignees..." field type "unassigned" and select that.

Now you have a table displaying line items managed by your team that do not have an assignee. Let's save this view for future use. Click **Save View**.

Name your view.

Click **Save**.

Now, in the secondary navigation bar on the left hand side, you will see the view you just created.

Assign a Line Item

Find the line item you need to assign out.

In the **Assignee** field on the left-hand side, search for and select who should be assigned this line item. Once a user is selected, you will see a success message appear in the top-right-hand corner.
