How to Block a Patient from Online Booking

Click the (+) icon to add the tag that will trigger the block

Give the tag a name and select a color, then click 'Add'

Next, click + Add to create the workflow.

Give the workflow a name then toggle the "Block patient from booking online" . Once done, click "Create workflow" to save it.

To trigger it, add the tag to a patient's profile.

An alert banner is displayed. If the patient attempts to book online, they will see: 'You are not able to book online at this time. Please contact the practice'"

To lift the block, simply remove the tag.
