How to Book an Appointment Online

Click "Book Now"

Choose your preferred location for sessions. Click "Select"

Find the name of your service. This should be in your Appointment Confirmation or reminder email. If you are not sure or your specific service is not available for online booking, choose the private pay option for the service you usually receive (therapy/assessment) and I will update it in the system. \ \ Click "Select"

Click "Select". I am your only option.

Choose the date you prefer, dates with times available are black. If I have emailed you a day/time and its is showing as unavailable, email me at [annette@annetteclipsham.au](mailto:annette@annetteclipsham.au) as there may be a glitch in the system.

Choose your preferred time.

Fill in your contact details.

OPTIONAL IF RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT: Click the "Comments" field. Type a message to let me know this is to reschedule an appointment, making sure to advise m eof the date and time of the appointment you are cancelling. For example "Please cancel my appointment on 10/3/2025 at 10am and reschedule for this one."

Please read the information. Click the "I reviewed and I accept" field.

OPTIONAL: Click the "Remember my details for next time" field only if you want to.

Click "Confirm booking"

you will be sent a code to your phone. Click the "Please enter the code we just sent to 0438893389" field. Type the code you receive. If you don't receive a code email me at [annette@annetteclipsham.au](mailto:annette@annetteclipsham.au).

You can choose to pay for your session upfront or simply book and be invoiced as usual after the session. If you choose to pay, you will be directed to the online payment page which accepts credit cards only. Once completed

If you choose to pay upfront, you will be directed to the online payment page which accepts credit cards only. You are unable to claim rebates from Medicare, Private Health and NDIS until after the session is confirmed as completed. \ Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation message on screen as well as email confirmation of your appointment.

If you choose Book and Pay now you will receive a message on screen confirming the appointment is book and also an email confirming the details. \ \ I will manually cancel the other session and you may receive an email confirming this cancellation. Regardless of when I cancel it in my system, you will only be charged if your notification was within the notification period (48 hours).
