Click on the "Import Contacts" button here.

Click the "Download Sample Template" icon. Once downloaded, replace the 1 sample entry for "Annie Smith" with your own contacts data. Please make sure you keep the header row as it is. Make sure you do not keep the row with the sample entry of "Annie Smith". Once you have finished, save your file as a CSV file with a unique name of your choice.

At the moment, the fields in the sample template are the only fields that can be bulk-imported for the contacts.

Now that you have your CSV import file ready for import go back into "Users/Contacts".

Click on the "Choose File" button, then select your recently saved CSV file with all the contacts data you are going to import.

Then click the blue "Import Contacts" button to import your data file. When you click the button pay attention to the message that follows immediately.

You should see this green "Contacts data imported successfully" message on your screen if your contacts data was imported successfully.

If you get a red error message, note what the error is (why you could not import) and make that correction in your CSV file before trying to import it again, until you get the green message shown below.
