How to Bulk Update via Advanced Import

[Download the metadata from the admin](https://harvestmedia.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/23277272037133-How-to-Download-Metadata) you wish to make changes to

Edit the data using a spreadsheet editor and save as a new version in one of the highlighted formats below.

Navigate to [Import > Advanced Import](https://admin.harvestmedia.net/music/music.aspx?mpid=76c66dbebfa208c4)

Select Upload and choose your updated metadata file

A progress bar will appear and confirm when your uploads are complete

The system will validate the file

Click "Refresh" to update the status

If the file is valid, it will appear in green

If invalid, there are errors in the file that need attention

Expand the album to identify the errors

Review the errors and update the metadata before re-uploading

Once Validated, select album

Import the update data

Confirm Import

Refresh to update the status

Once the import is complete, the album will be removed from Advanced Import and changes are processed and available.
If you have updated albums that have been distributed. You will need to notify your agents of these changes and advise them to use Get Originator Process
