How to Cancel a Delivery Manually in the Dlivrd Dashboard

    Alert! Tasks should not be manually cancelled due to failure to secure a driver. If that is the issue, use the Cancel Command in Slack. Manual cancellations are situations where clients request to cancel an order or we are removing a test order only.
    Click on the order that needs to be cancelled to open the task details.
    Click here on the More Actions menu beside the History section.
    Click "Change stop status"
    Click "Unassigned"
    Select "Cancelled"
    Click "Submit"

    Reopen the task details by clicking on the task in the dashboard.
    Click the dropdown in the top of the task pane and select the delivery task (It will have a D to the left of the task ID)
    Select the More Actions menu to the right of History
    Click "Change stop status"
    Click "Cancelled"
    Click "Cancelled"
    Click "Submit"
    Check to make sure that the entire delivery is now in the completed section of the dashboard, with each task labeled "Cancelled"
